- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have my own business across the street from this bank. I have been going through this bank for over a year to get change for my store as needed mybe once a month at most. Now they tell me they will not help me or anyone else unless they have an account. Well Chace changes you a monthly charge just to have a account. So they want to charge me just to get change.and I spoke with manager. And he basically acted like he don't care. And rushed me off the phone. This is the worst customer service ever. Don't go through this business. Your nothing but a number and that's only if you are paying them. Otherwise you are nothing at all.By J L, August 13, 2017
