- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is by far the worst bank in the world. I suffered a miscarriage and I was involved in a car accident (which I was not at fault) all in the same month. My insurance paid the value of the car off but it left me with a little Bal. I tried to make payments on the remaining balance. I can't even walk in with CASH money and pay a payment. I tried to call in to make a payment and there is only guy in the whole branch that can take my payment and we work the same hours. I've left voicemail after voicemail even with my card info so they can just take the payment out. Nope. I tried my best to pay my balance. I can't believe a bank that doesn't accept cash for payments? And now my credit is ruined all because of an accident that wasn't my even my fault. If you want to be treated fairly like a human being, bank somewhere else. please.By Alisha Staten, July 05, 2017
